Wealth Transfer & Estate Planning

Sometimes you receive, sometimes you give. Planning is the best approach: passing on wealth “with a warm hand”, during your lifetime, creates clarity, saves tax and keeps families together.

Good planning does not end with your own life. Together we shape the handover, your estate and your family's wealth strategy so that values, responsibility and outlook are preserved.

  • Will & estate arrangementsLegal clarity, executorship, the position of your heirs.
  • Gifts & multi-generational planningUsing allowances, planning the timing, transferring tax-efficiently, including property and insurance policies.
  • Foundations & philanthropyCreating purpose, shaping the future, putting wealth to work with impact.
  • International solutionsWhen your family or your wealth is at home in more than one country.

Estate planning is family planning

If you plan the transfer, you decide for yourself instead of leaving it to the law. Together we look at the position of your heirs, the wishes of everyone involved and the tax consequences. From this, we draw up a plan: what is transferred, when and how, whether by gift, usufruct (Nießbrauch), insurance solutions or a foundation.

A team of experts

Estate planning needs a lawyer and a tax adviser. We structure the topics, moderate the family discussion and bring in the specialists from our network. They take care of the legal and tax arrangements, while we keep sight of the overall picture.

Frequently asked questions

How high are the tax-free allowances for gift and inheritance tax?

Spouses 500,000 euros, children 400,000 euros from each parent, grandchildren 200,000 euros, each available again every ten years. Your tax adviser handles the specific arrangements; we plan the timing with you.

Can I transfer wealth and still remain financially secure?

Yes. Usufruct, a right of residence, annuity payments or rights to reclaim the gift keep you secure. What matters is to calculate how you will secure your own standard of living before any transfer.
