Our advisory approach

Financial advice rethought. Protection. Wealth. Health. Purpose.

Traditional financial advice looks after numbers, products and returns. We go one step further. Financial Wellbeing describes the feeling of security, control and confidence about your own financial situation, today and in the future.

What is Financial Wellbeing?

Bringing together finances, behaviour and health.

Financial decisions are more than numbers. They affect how you sleep, think, feel and plan. Many people have learned to work hard, but not how to feel relaxed about money. They have wealth, income and insurance, and yet they still feel that not everything is under control.

Financial Wellbeing describes the state in which you understand your financial situation, are in control of your decisions and feel secure and well prepared. International studies show that financial health has a measurable effect on stress, sleep quality and life satisfaction.

Financial Wellbeing is not a product but a process: an ongoing dialogue about your goals, values and stages of life, with the aim of making your future easier to plan and your present calmer.

Our approach integrates

  • Financial analysis and planning: wealth, retirement, risks
  • Behavioural and decision-making psychology: your money mindset
  • Health and longevity: more active, healthy years
The goal of BoomerFinance

Holistic financial advice for people with experience, responsibility and a future ahead.

Because financial security and healthy years are the basis for sleeping soundly. We take a comprehensive approach, and for us the following topics are closely linked:

  • Knowledge and transparency as the basis: you need to understand financial relationships and solutions.
  • Decisions and control: deal with important matters rather than putting them off.
  • Managing money, wealth and risk: being able to sleep soundly.
  • Structure creates transparency and the right conditions: the best basis for decisions for you and your family, today and in the future.
  • The security and clarity of being financially well positioned strengthens your ability to enjoy a long and healthy life.

Health and enough energy to get things done every day and to fulfil your dreams.

Social and emotional

Strong relationships and love in your life.

Money mindset and financial literacy

Your money mindset

Money mindset describes our personal inner attitude to money: what money means to us, what beliefs we hold about it, and which feelings and behaviours follow from that. Traditional financial advice asks “What do you have?” and “What should you do?” We add the crucial question: “Why do I actually handle money the way I do?”

Knowing what counts

Financial literacy does not mean becoming a financial expert. It means understanding enough to ask good questions, weigh up alternatives and make deliberate decisions. A good adviser does not simply know things on your behalf. They help you understand the connections you need to make a decision.

Why Financial Wellbeing?

Five good reasons.

01

Involvement and understanding

Financial planning is an important part of planning your life. Knowing yourself is an asset.

02

Needs, not products

No product selling. Instead, holistic advice in one overall plan for your stage of life, delivered by a network of experts.

03

A long-term view

The whole process is designed to accompany you throughout your life and includes regular service and updates.

04

Trust

You are involved, you learn what matters, you receive holistic advice and you understand what you are doing.

05

Sleep soundly

You understand your situation, important decisions have been made, risks are under control and your needs are covered.

Health + Wealth

Money and health belong together.

Health is the most important asset. Money creates opportunities. Health decides whether we can use them. Money worries make us ill; illness costs money. We live longer and have to fund longer lives: longevity makes health and financial planning two sides of the same coin.

What matters is not only how long the money lasts, but how long we are healthy enough to enjoy it. That is why traditional financial advice is no longer enough. Wealth planning becomes Financial Wellbeing.

Topic: Health & Longevity

“Not to die as rich as possible, but to live as long as possible in good health, independent and financially free.”

Look after all your assets: health, family, freedom and money.

The first step is simple: know where you stand.
